    Stopped here for a snack before an appointment. Went inside during lunch hours, not that that the drive thru was crazy busy or anything. The woman's restroom was very clean. They let me order at the counter instead of shoving me in front of a giant screen. My only complaints are.. I asked for sauce while putting my order in and never got sauce. The fries needed to be cooked a little longer. And the the drink/napkins station was in desperate need of cleaning and there were only about 10 of us inside the entire time. Oh and I'm guessing she was the manager, she came out of no where and asked if I had been helped but in such a way I was scared and didn't know how to answer. She's needs to soften up a little.

    When you fail to contact someone when using the app and run out on Ruben! Drive all the way there to find this out. JOSE manager had no concern about the issue and didnt even want to try and substitute if for anything of equal value when my mother wanted to cancel it while on the phone with her. He also claimed they couldnt contact us. Even though the app asked for phone number just in case they needed to contact. Now here is the kicker here. JOSE claims he can't refund us and use the app. The app wont refund us... So guess what corporate will be hearing from us!

    Food was good but didn't get our order correct. Wanted a ham slider got a roast beef instead. Ordered curly fries and received regular fries.

    Peppercorn ranch discontinued for turkey bacon ranch sandwich!? No way! No more green leaf lettuce on sandwiches … you get shredded iceberg lettuce and barely any meat on a sandwich anymore. I will not be paying premium prices for mediocre service and product. Do better Arby’s you just lost a customer.

    *update* **Corporate jumped on processing a refund and the manager personally called me to make everything right. She even offered to replace the food even though a refund was given. Really quick and great customer service. Please don't blame the employee. Everyone is going through something and mistakes happen. ** An online order was placed and picked up at the drive thru window. I was told by staff that "they were having a day". They guaranteed me that my sandwiches were cheese even though they were wrapped as regular. They had just run out of papers. I took their word for it and drive all the way home to find out that they lied and the sandwiches were actually regular. At that point I'm not going to drive all the way back through traffic. They were also very old and dried out. It almost seemed intentional but idk.
