I left called the store guy gives me a excuse. Doesn't even offer me an apology or anything to fix the situation. Horrible costumer service very disappointed with everything tonight

I don't think I will be returning to this location even though it's closer due to the extremely poor and rude customer service... I've been in management most of my life and I would most definitely have not allowed my employees to treat customers that way we just wanted to pay extra to upgrade a sandwich and she said we couldn't pay extra to upgrade which I've done before many times but with such an attitude... Do better Arby's cause your losing good paying customers.

Went in for the deep fried turkey which unfortunately was out at this location but was told they have to keep the sign up until every Arby's in the area was out of the item.
