While shopping I realize that I hadn't gotten 2 gallons of milk that my mom had requested. Long story short, I was running out of hands as I set one of the gallons of milk on the floor to rearrange my groceries and an employee, Ruben, noticed and offered to get me a cart. I said that would be GREAT and thanked him. He could've walked by without saying a word, but, he took the time to give GREAT customer service and a nice big smile.!!! Ruben should be employee of the month in my book!!!!!!
