  A joke. Ordered 2 peanut buster parfait. 2 food orders came after me and left before me. Sat inside for a to go order and 45 minutes later I walked out of there with my order. Do better

  this place lacks customer service skills. I understand working in a restaurant it can get very busy, but no one greets anyone, and just stares at you while completing other orders. They should just close the lobby if they cant handle in person orders. 4th time going in and a not one person saying hi or greeting customers I understand it being busy but atleast say "hi welcome, I will be right with you!" If needed to complete their task. Its the lack of communication that is really frustrating. Also the assistant manager is the sweetest lady ever and shes never ignored me. She definitely deserves a raise. She works her butt off in there everytime ive gone in.

  Okay so I understand it was just and maybe new employees…but being charged a royal price blizzard and then not getting the core in both blizzards I bought and just normal mixed in is kinda messed up. Dairy Queen was my first job so I feel I can greatly relate so mistakes etc. but please do better. Sub strawberry, do cocoa fudge core is simple. Not mad but a bit disappointed. The lady from drive through was nice and helpful. She took my order. 4/21/26 7:15 ish

  Ice cream is always good but no matter what time we come here there is always a line! Typical wait time for a shake and a blizzard is 45 minutes! Upon arrival the drive thru line is 10 cars deep and if you choose to go inside there is also about 8 people awaiting and 5 in line. The employees walk turtle slow and have no ambition to fulfill orders! The manager working tried to turn a line of customers away saying there is a very long wait you probably don't want to wait..right? We proceed to order because we drove from our house here to get ice cream why would we want to go somewhere else. Should probably fire and re hire your crew!

  Took forever to get our ice-cream. Very shortstaffed. The 2 cooks kept coming out and looking at us. Didn't offer to help the kid out front. It seams to have gone downhill. Their were other customers that were getting pretty upset at not getting their food out on time. Poor management!!
