Sadly, one day I get soggy fries, and my sandwhich tasted so bland and the meat felt so "lab created." I have not returned since because I was very grossed out. The chicken was a bit cold and it was coming apart, that did t feel like chicken meat and the taste was just weird I can't even describe it. Why did they change the recipe for their fries, that made up for 50% of the overall meal when it comes to taste. I don't like the soggy fries and the bland fake chicken.

I took my receipt back and they went over and above to fix the problem. The best part was that teenage employees made the decisions to give great customer service without any adult supervisor telling them to fix this or do that. They just made the choice to give great customer service to an adult in a kind manner. It was great to see! Way to go Chick Fil A Nampa.

The biscuit was buttery and flaky without being dry, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and the hashbrowns were just as good as their fries, which I already love.
