  We walked in as a family of 6. Right when we walked in the host talked so quietly asked him what he said and just stood there stairing at us and was not giving us any direction to sit, told us there was open seating in the bar for 6 people. There wasn't. So we found a table, sat there for 15 mins and no one helped us. We ended up just leaving.

  I have not came to Buffalo in a while and it makes me sad to put this review because this is my go to spot for wings although I ordered boneless medium wings and they appeared to have little to barley any sauce and were very cold, I live nearby the location so I was very shocked they were cold by the time I was eating my meal, the fries were also very cold and stale and even got one with an uncooked side. I hope this review came help improve the quality of future orders.

  Husband and I came in at 4:52 on a sunday we waited at the empty host stand for 6 mins as we watched over 7 waiters and staff ignore us. Finally a lady asked if we had been heped. I noticed her doing to gos and finally ntoced us her 3 rd time going out. She asked if we had been helped and i told her No, and that we have been waiting for over 5 mins to be helped and wanted to speak to a manger. She told me she was and how could she help. As someone being a waitress and working in the restaurant industry it was like uhhhhh… what do you mean how can you help? You’ve been watching us the whole time! Anyways we got sat and i server didn't even greet us. We left after another 6mims waiting. Long story short seemed like staff and management could care less. Wont be returning

  Food was tasty, but took a long while. Service was nothing extraordinary, no silverware but at least got a drink refill..

  I called the store to order some wings. They answered after 5 minutes and when I tried to order, I was told to wait for a cashier to take my order. I was placed on hold again for another 5 minutes. Finally, I got disappointed and disconnected. They don’t care about customers who call to order food when they get a little busy in the store.
