  THIS STORE IS THE LEBRON JAMES OF ICECREAM! I will NEVER go to another store. The ice cream was delicious BUT the environment and workers there make it a 100/10! They are so friendly AND fun! I'd die for this location. I'd sell my soul just to go here! 1 Billion dollars or go to nampa baskin..... i choosing baskin

  After going to Caldwell, I can confirm I will never cheat on this location again. If the world was ending, I know these guys got me. Friendly as hell, crafting ice cream sundaes like they’re following the great scrolls, not a frozen strawberry in sight, just juicy deliciousness hittin every spot. If you’re a husband of a pregnant woman, definitely hit this one or the odds are not in your favor.

  On 3/28/2026 I took my son for ice cream, we went through the drive thru at 7:52 pm. As my son was eating he bit into a long hair about 12 inches long. I walked my son in and asked for a manager at about 8pm and I got Rory. As she walked over to us she was laughing like it was funny that there was a hair in the ice cream and as she did the rest of the employees rolled their eyes as if I was in the wrong for pointing this out. Rory asked if I wanted a refund or a new ice cream and I said I don’t want this ice cream I would like a refund. My son wasn’t even half way through the ice cream and now he doesn’t have any. As I was getting my refund Rory was still laughing like this is normal and funny that a customer had hair in their food. I will never come here again. Extremely unsanitary, the girls with long hair don’t wear hair nets and should. Also when a customer is asking to speak to a supervisor don’t refuse and say you have no one that can help me. Rory seemed like she was high on drugs and should be drug tested. What was so funny about the situation? To the owner, you should check you security cameras and see how your employees treat your paying customers when there is a problem. Terrible!!!!!!!

  I called last week to have a custom ice cream cake made. I let them know we wanted a picture put on the cake and we wanted it to say "Hold on tight spider monkey" I sent the picture we wanted to the email provided. I told them I'd pick up the cake on Friday the 13th no later than 3pm. I showed up around 3pm and gave them my name. I seen the cake and was not happy with the picture there were bubble all over and the faces looked weird. The cake decorator told me she could fix it and to come back in an hour. Unfortunately, I was unable to return an hour later so I came back Saturday the 14th at 12pm. I sent my husband in to get the cake, first the girls working (who are not at fault and were so kind) said she could not find the cake, turns out the cake was left in the fridge with the Door Dash orders (I don't know if this fridge is cold enough but the cake was not hard to cut into). She had no idea it was mine as the last name initial did not match my last name. My husband called me as I was waiting in the car and told me they could not find my cake, I came in and she had found the cake. She showed me the cake and I was so frustrated, there was no writing on the cake and the picture was still all distorted. On the 13th the cake decorator said she would scrap off the top and replace the picture and the words. This clearly did not happen. When the girl at the counter was helping me she could see I was frustrated I had a cake that looked bad and no lettering and the birthday in an hour. She called someone and gave me a refund. When I asked if I can take the cake as they weren't going to use it and I couldn't get a cake in an hour she called her manager Michelle and was told she would have to charge me 50% for the cake. I'm sorry WHAT???? You mess up my cake the picture looked like crap there was no lettering and I still have to pay 50% of the cake. I have been coming to this Baskin Robbins for years, I have never had an issue, I have ordered a lot of specialty cakes, but I have never have one look so bad and then still be required to pay. The decorator clearly did not fix the picture and only scraped off the words. The girl at the counter had to call the decorator in to add the words to the cake, she didn't even put the right words on the cake. The words she put on the cake were "Hang on spider monkey" if you are a Twilight fan and know the movie the phrase is "Hold on tight Spider monkey" and that is what my daughter wanted. When I brought the cake home and my birthday girl saw the cake she was so disappointed that the picture looked bubbly, the words were not the right ones. She was so excited for this Twilight themed birthday party and her heart was not happy.
