  Food was great. We ordered on the app and it was ready when we got there. Place was clean, including the bathrooms.

  There's no reason to mute the phone when I'm calling you, not only did you not pick up the phone, you also made my order wrong. I called twice, each for two minutes and nobody picked up. I won't be returning, Oct 17 at 8:28. I understand it was a late call, but you go to work to work not to pick and choose what you do. If you want Subway in Mountain Home, go to any other one.

  The lady with the bad teeth chewed me out for asking for 3 sandwiches in the drive thru saying that's just too many (1 sandwich was a simple 6in with 2 ingredients for my toddler). Then chews me out for listing off my ingredients too fast saying "this isn't McDonald's with all the fancy computers, we have to write our orders down and I don't know about you, but I can't write fast". She continues to lecture me on the difference between Subway and McDonald's. She was on one because she just kept going. We pulled up smiling, with a good attitude but this women was clearly overwhelmed by her job and decided to take it out on us. Her attitude left such an impression that I'll be avoiding all Subways from now on because of her. I'd rather eat the toxic food at McDonald's than deal with the toxic attitudes of disgruntled employees.

  Ordered one of the new fit sandwiches was told it didnt come with cheese because it was a healthy sandwich I asked if I could add cheese and told yes but then was told it made the sandwich less healthy. Never was asked if I wanted a footlong or 6in they just made the 6in. Added my veggies and went to the window to pay and was told by the young guy working that his manager told him that the fit sandwiches can not have cheese and your not allowed to add cheese. I said ok have ordered one before and was never told I couldn't put cheese on. He said its a healthy sandwich and adding cheese makes it unhealthy. I got my sandwich and left the drive through. Now to the sandwich 1 turkey slice and 1 ham slice on flat bread with 1 peice of cheese hardly any lettuce and onions. Will never go back to this subway again.
