  They have gotten my order (with 4 ingredients in it mind you) wrong every time I have ordered it. Today, they had to redo it 3 times and when I asked the cashier she asked if we knew what black beans were. I have allergies and they do not accommodate. Terrible service.

  Careful about using the app for carryout. The app doesn't track your location, so I tried to order in Pullman, but it automatically set my pickup location in Moscow. I tried to cancel the order through the app and my phone, but I was unsuccessful. Not offered a refund either. Lame.

  Went through the drive through and the employees left the window open. There was clear and loud profanity being used and workers criticizing my order loud enough for me to hear. It was not a large order by any means.

  Every time I go to this restaurant and order a beefy five layer I am given the complete wrong order and give an a regular bean burrito. I have had this happen five times this year. I am 6 months pregnant and have cravings and expect to get my cravings when I order it. Would not recommend going here. Absolute bull crap.
