  A perfect place if you don't want your food delivered in a reasonable time and with your drink and or sides missing. That's if they don't call you telling you that they don't have bread or soda left. Good luck with the customer service too. They're generally rude and unhelpful.

  We waited in an unattended lobby for 15 minutes. Whoever was supposed to be working around 3:45 was just not there. There was someone eating that didn't look like they worked there, we weren't sure because they didnt have any obvious uniform on. We left the store and went to the parking lot to call the store to see if anyone was in the back. The person eating got up to answer the phone. No sign, no greeting, and I guess no service

  Moscow Idaho Jimmy John's is the worst one I've ever been to the employees are rude and the bread is always stale they hire college people that don't care about the customers if I could I would give them 0 🌟
