  Go to Arby's instead! My first time at this location I was given a moldy burger bun. After I called to advise they look at other buns they sent an apology letter!!! It could have been nice if they would have spelled my name correctly! However my second and most recent time, I went to this location since they are doing that 100 nuggets for 26$ deal. I pull up to the window saying I just placed the order and I don't mind waiting, I know 50 nuggets probably takes a hot minute. And the guy goes with a bad tone says "Oh... it's you. Pull up past the red pillars." I say thank you, no response. So I pull up past the second window because that's where I assume to go. He comes storming to the window past other employees, points forward past the second window and goes "Pull up past the pillars!" He seems angry with me??? So before I'm able to say sorry he shuts the window. I wait for my food and he comes out with my food and he hands me the box with a raw fry in it clearly visible on top, and a small layer of water in the bottom of the nuggets. He says "Your food and sauce is in the bag." I say thank you kinda like a question at this point, I get no reply and as he's walking away from me says "Have a good night" quite disrespectfully. As a local I will never recommend this Wendy's, it has not once but three times messed up on simple customer service. All the way from manger's spelling my name wrong on a copy paste apology letter to an employee having 0 respect and a literal blind eye for quality. To that employee please take some time off or try to have a better attitude before going to a job that you know you deal with people. If I could add a picture of the food with this review I would because is quite comical. By all means add extra food in my order but cook them first please.

  This place is bad, I got a Burger and it was half undercooked. The Fries are OK I guess not as bad as Jack in the Box. And the nuggets just suck. But the frosty’s are good. I don’t recommend eating at this place but it’s pretty bad.

  I’ve never had a worse experience at a Wendy’s. The guy working straight up refused to serve us just because we were laughing in the car. We weren’t being rude or loud, just laughing — and he decided that was enough to deny us service. On top of that, he had a terrible attitude the whole time and clearly didn’t care about helping anyone. Super unprofessional and honestly just ridiculous. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
