  McDonald’s built its empire on consistency. You always knew what you were going to get. Apparently, not anymore. I ordered one of the new breakfast bagel sandwiches and was genuinely shocked at how bad it was. It wasn’t just sloppy, it was drenched in an unholy glob of sauce that turned the whole thing into a soggy, greasy mess. I took a second bite just to confirm it wasn’t a fluke. It wasn’t. It was borderline inedible. I don’t usually return food. But this went back to the window. Instead of a simple apology and refund, I was met with attitude from the manager, as if I’d committed a crime by expecting basic quality. I emailed the owner. Silence. I contacted corporate. Indifference. For a company that once defined customer service and operational excellence, this location feels careless and poorly managed. The food was bad. The response was worse. The follow-through nonexistent. This is not the McDonald’s I grew up with, the one that prided itself on consistency and service. I won’t be returning to this location, and experiences like this make it harder to justify going to any of them.

  Accidentally gave me Mc sausage biscuits instead of my ordered suasage mcmuffins but they we're so kind and friendly fixed it right away and made them fresh just to be extra about it. They probably got mixed up with so many orders coming in so fast the line was stacked going thru drivethru. Manager was kind and efficient in fixing my order. Love this crew.

  Don’t go here they first forgot my sandwich then gave me a cheeseburger with no meat and then said I ordered it that way and I would have to pay for a new one what a joke
