We waited in an unattended lobby for 15 minutes. Whoever was supposed to be working around 3:45 was just not there. There was someone eating that didn't look like they worked there, we weren't sure because they didnt have any obvious uniform on. We left the store and went to the parking lot to call the store to see if anyone was in the back. The person eating got up to answer the phone. No sign, no greeting, and I guess no service

Online it says they close at 10. It’s 9:45 and I’m ordering online and my order won’t go through. I called and the messaging system says they close at 8. It’s summer time. And they close at 8?! Might want to change your times online.

They are always super polite and cool. They are SUPER fast at delivering their sandwiches. But I'm not a huge fan of the sandwiches. Just me. They dont compare to quiznos or subway. And it would be worth it if the price was way lower.
