  Didn't rate the food because I haven't seen it let alone eat it. We had a 10 minute wait. No problem. Ordered our food. Its 45 minutes and all we ordered is wings and mozz sticks.took 30 minutes for 1 beer.

  We arrive, restaurant is 1/3 full, and told it will take 5 minutes for a table, which we were fine with. We sit down and order our drinks and food all at the same time. Neighboring tables were piled with dirty dishes that sat their majority of the time we were there. Took around 40 minutes just to get our drinks, we ordered a loaded tots appetizer, and we were informed 20 minutes later, that there was no shredded chicken and asked if we still wanted loaded tots. We said yes that’s fine we will still take the tots without chicken. Our main course and appetizers showed up before our drinks. Food was bland, fries were hard and cold. One meal was supposed to have garlic parm sauce on it but rather had one of their more spicy sauces. Half way eating hair was spotted in the food. We get the bill, and our appetizer that didn’t include chicken was still full price. For that experience we had was $70. If you’re in Moscow i’m sure there’s WAY better options. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be great but as the years go past, so does the quality. Save your money.

  Servers are great, check in a lot, make sure you have everything. Kitchen staff are probably in the back jacking eachother off with how long they take to get food out. 1-2 hour wait sometimes. Not even doing their job in the back. Ridiculous. Edit: Apparently 4 of 5 fries are down.

  Every time I’ve come the servers are usually sweet but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. The kitchen staff doesn’t do shit and from what I can tell they’re rude about it too. The servers are always so apologetic for it and I’ve heard the kitchen staff snap at the servers for asking how much longer on food. Over an hour wait some times I’ve come and the table next to us tonight had been waiting for their food for two hours. There is something seriously wrong with the kitchen and there should be no reason it should take over an hour to still be waiting for fried pickles.
