  My son and husband and I had the most delightful experience tonight. The food was great! However, the best part was meeting Benga. He was so kind to volunteer to fill our drinks. He was delightful to talk to and just made us all feel so welcomed and taken care of. We are grateful for His service. Thanks for hiring such a great employee. We hope to see him again on our next visit!

  Food so good I saw Jesus. Pope Leo was taking drive-thru orders, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was working the line and Joseph Smith was sweeping the lobby. They hooked me up with sauces I didn't know I wanted. A priest blessed my food as it was brought to me. My gluten-free chicken sandwich was transubstantiated into manna as I bit into it. My credit score went up just from sitting in the lobby. This isn't just a fast-food restaurant. This is chicken church.

  I’m so glad they built this here, we needed one! So far, the restaurant has been running well. The orders do take longer than at other locations, but it’s a brand new location and they will adapt. It’s understandable too, as there’s always a huge line stretching to other parking lots for the drive thru. The attitude of the staff is very much in line with the Chick Fil A standard. One problem I experienced was the music in the dining area. It’s pretty loud; hard to concentrate on work or a conversation. Other than that, I highly recommend this Chick Fil A.

  Have been to several chick-fil-a many times but none of them have been as bad as this. I recognize this place has recently opened and is still training but even with that said, things here are ran incredibly sloppy. I have been to this location 4 times now since opening and every time has been such a disappointment. I kept coming back thinking it may improve but it seemed to only worsen. Every single time, either a few things or the entire order is completely wrong. Either they hand me someone elses meal and drinks or they just made it wrong or i dont even know. Out of the 4 times, 2 of them have at least gotten the food right after going to each and every car to figure out whos food it is. The shakes have been also been right two of the four times. Yesterday though, they came to my window (drive through line) handed me the shakes and as they starting walking back i just asked and confirmed these were the right shakes (they weren’t) so they took them back then eventually went to several cars trying to figure out whos shakes they were. After another 10ish minutes eventually they came back with the same shakes and said i think these are right they just miss labeled them. But they weren’t right. Even after communicating several times which shakes we ordered. So my friend reluctantly just accepted the wrong shakes and by then they were just puddles of milk. Too be expected though, every single time ive been my shake has been at least half melted. But whatever at least we had our food coming in another decade or so. So then we finally got our food and went and parked to eat (with surprisingly the right order of food) but of course our food was as cold as the outside wind. Something like this happens every time we go. Was looking forward to the opening there for a while only to be extremely disappointed. Kept trying it hoping it would get better but it has not. Would rather eat at a burger king at this point.

  Don’t come here unless you have time to wait. I’ve used mobile ordering multiple times thinking it would be faster, but it’s consistently slower than the drive-through. Without fail, I end up waiting or being asked to pull forward while other cars behind me receive their food and drive past. Most recently, I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through while multiple cars behind me were served before me. When I finally asked about it at the window, I was told that other customers had ordered items that were already prepared. However, my order was very standard—chicken strips, waffle fries, a fruit cup, and a milk. No modifications, nothing complicated. There was no clear reason for such a long delay. Really disappointing. This location is far from the efficient Chick-fil-A experience I’m used to.
