    This place is going out of business as they won't put any veggies on your sandwich even if willing to pay extra, come on, like 4 pickles slices, 4 olive slices on a foot long sandwich is normal amount according to owner!

    A bit disappointed with the service here, it used to be amazing and loved coming in. Lately the service has depleted, last time I got my sandwich the lady who made my steak sandwich gave me barely any meat where one half of it was just bread. Tonight I tried to come in and as soon as I pulled up at 9:10 they shut off the lights and ran to the door to lock it. They close at 9:30. Yes I came by 20 minutes before closing and I typically don't do that but running to the door to lock it because you don't want to make a couple of sandwiches is a bit rude. I don't know if I'll be back to this location because I feel so disappointed and annoyed.

    I ordered a subway sandwich online through subways website for a pickup at the Middleton location, when I arrived they told me they didn’t receive my order although I showed them the payment pulled out of my bank for their location, they told me they couldn’t provide me with a sandwhich since the order did not pop up on their computer, I stepped aside for the manager to help other customers while I waited for it to be figured kid out, during that time the manager was making comments to another customer about the situation in an annoyed way insinuating I put my order in to the wrong subway and now I’m insisting a refund and she can’t do that which is completely unprofessional, I stepped in and let her know that the transaction on my bank says Middleton store and I never even asked for a refund, I don’t ever write reviews especially bad reviews and would not be writing a bad review at all but the way she handled the situation was unprofessional by complaining about the situation and me to another customer paying for their Sandwhich, she then told me I could put the order in again and she could void the transaction if two transactions popped up, so I would be paying twice for my sandwhich and hopefully have my first transaction pop up to be able to void one of them, at that point I had five minutes left of my lunch so I left with no Sandwhich and lost out on the money I spent for my Sandwhich and have to call my bank to dispute the charge, originally it was default of the website ordering process which is not their fault but the fact the manager was complaining to other customers like I did something wrong completely rubbed me the wrong way, hopefully next time she will do better and be more professional if a similar situation should occur

The sandwiches tasted amazing, and the establishment was so clean! Thank you Shea for taking the time to ring my orders, the way I needed them to be done!
