We did drive thru on Friday evening 03/27/26 and I ordered a biggie bag. Took two bites of my burger with no issue. The third bite I had an extremely long hair in it.
Absolutely disgusting! Do you guys not wear hair nets?!

3/27/26 Stopped in for a Dave's single, that's it, just the Burger. AI ordering sucks. It seems to prioritize the drive through over walk in customers and the employees seemed to be overwhelmed by it. I opted to pay cash, it took about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge and take my cash. Took another 20 minutes to get my burger. Took it to my vehicle and it was not hot, just warm. I watched the whole process for a good 20 minutes and kept wondering "how long does it take to slap a Burger together. Terrible experience, especially when you can watch it happening. Also, another worker on his lunch break ordered a sandwich with "no mayonnaise", He got mayo, brought it back for a replacement and it took 15 minutes while he also watched the debacle. This store used to be pretty good but, it has gone way downhill. Won't be going back. EVER.
