  Every time I have ordered from this location, the employees are either incapable of following simple requests, or they’re just unwilling. Either way, choose a different location.

  I ordered a sandwich through the app while I was out running an errand on my lunch and picked up at 12:50. About 30 minutes later, I got back to work across town and opened my sandwich to find that it was completely wrong. Like had no toppings wrong. They didn’t include any mayo, there were 5 pieces of spinach despite me asking for extra spinach, etc. I order subway because of all the sandwich shops, they are the ones that don’t skimp on the veggies. I called the store to tell them what had happened and the manager was extremely rude. He wanted me to drive back there with the sandwich which I was willing to do when I got off work at 5. However he said I would have to show up with it before 3:00. I can’t just leave work and drive half an hour each way to return a sandwich. So he suggested that I hang onto the sandwich for TWO DAYS and bring it in when he was working next, that he was the only one who could resolve the issue which I find hard to believe. This is extremely frustrating. And forget about contacting someone else over the issue because there are zero customer support numbers for subway. I am typically not one to complain but this sandwich was completely wrong and I don’t have the money to just go get another one. I wouldn’t have even left a review if the manager hadn’t been so snotty during our phone call. I can’t believe I even gave them a tip on my order after this nonsense. This place is absolutely awful and the manager has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. I would leave zero stars if I could.

  I'm sure the food is good but the service was terrible. Yall need to learn to pick up your phone and your online support team needs to actually follow through and reach out via email if your support chatbot says that you guys will.

  I ordered online and got 4 foot longs March 2 at around 8pm. not a single one was made right two were missing lettuce, one was supposed to have extra mayo there was not extra mayo and I even paid for bacon on a blt sandwich, and it came with 2 pieces of bacon if I knew ordering online meant they forgot how to make the food I wouldn’t have I even called twice, but no one answered honestly never had a subway mess up so bad on my order don’t go here they don’t know how to make your food. Never have I ever gotten such a sad sandwich from subway literally just meat and cheese
