- RARomana ArcillaApr 14, 20262.0I’ve been going here for some time now. I usually don’t write reviews unless I believe it is necessary. The past few times I have gone into Qdoba, there is horrible attitudes from the staff. Specifically the young men/ teenager boys who work there. Instead of using the scooper to scoop up cheese for my food, he uses his hands and lightly pinches on the cheese. When I ask for more ingredients to be added to my food, probably 3 extra individual pieces end up being put on my food. This is extremely frustrating because I have been going here for a while and it used to not be like this. The staff needs to be trained on portion sizing. If I am getting half of what is usually put on my food, then I shouldn’t have to pay full price for my food. I am honestly really disappointed in Qdoba. The service used to be great, but now it is not. These experiences are very consistent. Many experiences like this make me lean more towards other options such as Chipotle and Cafe Rio. Maybe I will return again when the staff learns how to correctly portion the food like they used to do. Until then, Qdoba needs to be more strict on their training with the employees and watch them as they do portion sizes on the food.

I ordered 2 potions of two different meats and received less than a full serving of one. The employees also didn’t want to speak to me for some reason? I’m not sure why, I approached with a polite attitude and manners.
