  Pull up into the drive through. Around 8:10 pm. Order a salad stuff. And a large bacon Mac bread bowl. Couple drinks. Order taker reads back Order. Says large Mac bacon Mac. We pull forward. They tell us the price. We proceed to explain the miss communication. The attendant tells us. That they can turn into a bread bowl bo problem. But we need to specifically mention that when ordering. Cause a large Mac is called a bowl. Hopefully you already see my issue. We politely acknowledge. Get our food. And my Mac wasnt transferred into a bread bowl. They just wrapped a bread up and put it in the bag. We waited about. 10 minutes or so . For not great service and to be blamed for their error. Wild. Ill stick to the one by the mall

  Such a terrible experience at this Panera today. Panera has always been one of my favorite places to eat, but after getting the chicken avocado melt, my chicken tasted like straight up rubber, and my bread was stale! On top of all of this, I came to Panera, wanting a chocolate croissant, ordered the chocolate croissant after asking if they had it, they charged me for it, and then told me that they would need to refund me as they do not have it. Such a bummer and I wish that there was some way to contact customer service, but it seems the only way is to write a review.
