  We ordered a fish sandwich and a Mc crispy chicken deluxe. And a medium order of fries. The fish sandwich doesn’t even have a full slice of cheese on it anymore. It was sliding off of the bun and we had to reposition it to even make it into a sandwich again. the chicken sandwich was tasteless and loaded with way too much mayonnaise. Nothing was really hot. McDonald’s used to have the best fries and now they’re just little pieces of fries and they were very cold. McDonald’s used to be our go to place for a lunch. Not so much anymore.

  Let’s be honest. The most absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I got the “big arch” burger. When I got home and opened it up. I didn’t even want to eat it. No wonder the CEO didn’t eat it, it is absolutely awful. Not to mention my wife went in after we got out of the drive through because they forgot her McFlurry, She ordered the derpy McFlurry and the actual “manger” didn’t even know how to make it. The professionalism of this establishment is absolutely awful. I would always suggest never go there.

  I only used the restroom here.But as far as I could see ,👀which isn't very far lol. It's looked like your typical Mickys Dees,clean n staff was polite though. Because usually when someone like me walks in to a business and just asks to use the restroom 🚻 I most of the time ⏲️ either get a weird look or get asked to buy something before just using the restroom. But so not so much at this location, I was greeted & told which way to go.👍

  I would give them a zero star review. They mess up everything. You buy cookies you wont get them. Horrible service. Horrible management. Can't answer the phone either

  Everytime we go there, the fries are soggy even if we specifically ask for cooked to order, almost as if they are in more of a hurry to get my food out the window than they are worried about the quality of the food. I’ve had multiple orders where they either forget something or we get home and there like a whole patty missing from our sandwiches. It’s like they don’t know how to work the order kiosks or how to communicate with the kitchen staff about special requests. This morning they were out of folded eggs so we asked them to substitute the McGriddle with round egg and instead of putting special requests like the crew member could and should have done, he put some random stuff that I’m sure confused the kitchen staff and instead of taking the time to inform the kitchen staff of our request, we got a McGriddle that literally only had cheese and bacon on it. YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER!!! The blame is not on the employees, it is on management. Employees should absolutely know when and how to add special requests to an order and be able to communicate with the kitchen staff. This is ridiculous, I used to work at the McDonald’s down in Caldwell for 5 years, (if you’ve been to Caldwell you know how crazy that store can get especially because for a long time, it was the only McDonald’s in Caldwell) I know what it’s like to need to move fast and quick, but quality was ALWAYS a priority, and EVERYONE know how to take a damn order on the order kiosk DAY 3 of training. Ridiculous. And fries should never be half cooked especially when the customer asks for them fresh because chances are they’re asking for that to AVOID soggy fries.
