  I’ve now had multiple bad experiences at this Jimmy John’s location, and it’s getting frustrating. Every time I go, the bread is hard and not fresh. On my most recent visit, they gave me a small wheat roll that was rock hard, and the white bread was just as bad. This has happened at least three times now, so it’s clearly not a one-time issue. I even called to address it, and the customer service was awful no accountability and no effort to fix the problem. Fresh bread is supposed to be a basic standard here, and this location consistently misses that. I won’t be coming back unless something seriously improves.

  We love Jimmy John’s, but this location is terrible. We’ve given it three chances, and all three experiences have been bad. Today, we ordered two sandwiches at lunchtime and they were already out of thick-sliced wheat bread. The wheat bread they did use looked like a small, hard heel piece, and the regular white bread was freaky hard. The crust was so stale and brittle it was more like a cracker than fresh bread. We called the manager, and he offered no solution and made no effort to fix it. The food quality was bad, but the manager’s response was even worse. We won’t be back to this location. Tip: Stop serving stale, overcooked bread. If a batch is overdone or no longer fresh, throw it out and make a fresh one.

  Beware of stale bread. They clearly don’t bake it fresh everyday. Twice now it’s been stale and chewy. They’re also very skimpy on their tuna slim. Literally only half the sandwich had tuna on it. The other half was bread only. I reached out to customer service. And in very 2026 fashion they said, oh sorry! We hope you will give us another chance… No, I don’t think I will. Stop giving people trash.
