- DDDGDec 27, 20251.0My family and I have been customers of Uncle Bobs for awhile now, but we’ve started to notice a huge decline in service and quality. When we’ve placed past orders, we’ve always noticed a small sliver missing here and there, but didn’t mind because it wasn’t a huge portion. Until tonight- This is the photo that I had taken right after opening the box, and pushing the pieces together to where they actually sort of fit. (At first there were gaps and spaces between multiple slices.) we understand some shifting, but in all the years that we’ve ordered pizza, we’ve never recieved a pizza with a gaping chunk missing out of it. The pizza has gotten extremely thin, and quality alone has gone downhill. When we called to rectify the situation with a manager, he was not professional in any way and instead, had an attitude as if we were lying. Highly disappointed.

The staff was amazing and tentative to our needs. The beers looks cold and delicious. Self serve beverages (coke products). Self seating was pleasantly comfortable. Definitely a return visit! The pizza arrived cold, and despite requesting it well done, the bottom was still undercooked. The salad dressing containers were only half full, and the four sides of ranch dressing that were supposed to be included were missing. Overall, the order felt careless and poorly handled, which made for a very disappointing first impression.
