We get there an hour later after driving 40 min and there is a 5 hour wait. At the front desk we tell them we called and they say that there phone system is wrong and can't do anything for us. If it's wrong and you know why isn't it fixed?

Turns out even when you add the gift card when you check out they won't hold that info, and they only charge 20% of the booking fee at checkout. So when you show up and finish your game you better have brought your gift cards you already loaded into the system because they don't hold onto any of that information. Left me with a bill -$24 from when I booked. Needless to say that I will never visit here again or recommend it to anyone else. Oh, and you have to sign up for a lifetime membership for $6 per person even if you never want to come back.

When we saw there were chairs on other empty tables they said those were for other people. What kind of service is that? Food was okay not great. Had fun hitting a few balls though.
- JCJennifer CastilloDec 13, 20251.0The food and atmosphere is really great but we came for food and sat down waited about 10-15 minutes and went to the bar were there were 6 employees hanging out waiting. So I asked them if we could get help and they said someone will be with you shortly, I sat back down and continued to wait another 10min and still no one, so I went to the front and I saw him go get help for us and the waited another 10 minutes before someone finally showed up. We waited 35 minutes before someone ever came by our table to even talk to us. There were only 3 tables occupied at this time. One had food and the other looked like they were just waiting for their bay. I would’ve left but by the time I went somewhere else it would’ve been another 30 minutes and I was already super hungry.
