  Terrible they drugd me and my KID'S!! INHAVE A VIDEO B4 AND AFTER. I ONLY EAT ONCE A DAY. BECAUSE THERES BEEN SOMTHEN GOIN. N LAST TIME FOR IDK WHAT REASON UR MANAGER WAS GONA KIC ME N SAID DNT COME BACK..I ASKD WHY? WHAT DID I DO SO WRONG.? HE SAID BECAUSE I WAS TAKIN PICTURES OF THERE EMPLOYEE WHICH IS A LIE. WHAT I AINT MY KIDS ATE TO N THEY STARTED SCREAMING AFTWR WE ATE THE FOOD FUSSIN WE ALL ANNOYED. SOMTHING HAS TO BE DONE WHERE IS UR MANAGER?! I ASKED FOR 1 N SHE HAD BAD A ATTITUDE ASKN ME WHY DO I WANA A MANAGER 2 TAKE OUT ORDER. EXACTLY FOR THIS SITUATION HERE. WHERE IS UR MANAGER WHAT IS UR OFFICE NUMBER? WHERE THIS DISTRICT MANAGER? THIS THE STUPIDEST THING SHE COULD HAVE EVER DONE. 2-14-2026 IS WHEN THIS HAPPEN. MY FACE IS RED IM AT WORK AT THIS POINT. YELOONG AT MY BOSS ON HOW IM FEELONG. THIS ALMOST COST ME MY JOB.   Got a gift card so decided to order for delivery at 5:42 tonight. It’s now almost 7 our food never arrived. It still says being prepared. This has now happened twice with taco bell. Never had my deliveries not arrive except for this place. Absolute garbage. Will never eat at Taco Bell. Might as well throw that gift card in the dumpster. Same difference.

  Lexi is genuinely the best cashier ever. She’s always super friendly, makes the experience better every single time, and clearly cares about customers. Taco Bell needs more employees like her. she absolutely deserves a raise.

  Absolutely terrible service. They can’t even manage to put all the food you paid for in the bag, and when they mess up, they refuse to refund or replace it. That alone is unacceptable. The manager, Tasha, was rude, dismissive, and clearly sets the tone for this behavior. If management doesn’t care about customers, it’s hard to understand how this business is still operating. The only reason it must still be open is convenience not quality or competence. Honestly, I know they probably don’t even care about these reviews, so I don’t know why I’m writing this other than to warn future customers not to expect basic respect or accountability.
