I've never had stackers that actually were loaded with beef and cheese. THAT is how you make a stacker. Things were 3 inches thick completely full. Definitely recommend visiting here and the employees are very kind considering how awful the night rush was.

One of the workers left the kitchen area still wearing his rubber gloves used to make food with and went out to his car touching everything , door handles , his car and trunk area and then went into his car for a while. He then came back into the Taco Bell kitchen area to continue making food wearing the same gloves on that he left to go to his car with. I also noticed other employees coming from the kitchen to the front to take orders and touch things with their food making gloves on. I was disgusted by the amount of cross contamination taking place. They need to be reported. This is the Eagle Road and Overland location. DO BETTER TACO BELL. This was a boy, taller, with dark hair.

When the employee, Kayla, handed me the box, I noticed there was cheese and other food debris on the bottom. I politely asked her if she could clean the box so I could place it in my car without making a mess. My request seemed to offend Kayla. She loudly commented to a coworker about having to clean the box. After a moment, she handed the box back to me and then slammed the drive-thru window shut. I was taken aback by her complete lack of professionalism. I hope the recent interaction was a one-off incident. However, based on her coworker's, I am concerned that this type of conduct may be considered acceptable at this location.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Taco Bell, but now getting sick and tired of their crap on skimpy or missing ingredients now. Burritos are condensed with a mouthful of tortilla on the ends you have to spit out or don’t eat.
