That alone is unacceptable. The manager, Tasha, was rude, dismissive, and clearly sets the tone for this behavior. If management doesn’t care about customers, it’s hard to understand how this business is still operating. The only reason it must still be open is convenience not quality or competence. Honestly, I know they probably don’t even care about these reviews, so I don’t know why I’m writing this other than to warn future customers not to expect basic respect or accountability.
