Lmao own up to your mistake and make it right, I would be happy if I came back and didn’t see her working there anymore.

My boyfriend and I couldn’t remember that their “milkshakes” were called BLASTS and he accidentally said mcflurry when ordering and instead of respectfully correcting and educating he immediately went with the response “this isn’t mcdonald’s”. Not to seem like a karen, and being someone in the service industry, I was not pleased and hope that this location management sees this review and spends better time training employees as I will not be back to this location because I don’t need nor want to experience being talked down to by an employee.
