  Hmm so let me get this straights.. asked about any deals they said there where no deals.... ok thats fine until I ask them about the box deals and they said o we have that . Repeated question so do u guys have deals... they again said no we dont have any deals...... ok frustrating so then the price is higher than normal ... ok fine I want to just be done with the order and hurry along... then i deside to check the prices of the pizzas ... and to behold the hidden design the missing link the prices arnt even there.... now i descover that not all information is the same and you have 2 to 20 steps to find the prices .... its like a video game you have to grind through and die all at the same time. I might as well scream in a trash can and hope the raccon gives better information but noo the raccon is just as helpful................ needless to say i still love this place hands down but my God please make the prices vissible up front and honest and PLEASE!!!!!!! IF U DONT KNOW WHAT UR SELLING ASK SOME ONE !!!!... haha but delivery driver at least did there job IT WAS EFFICIENT AND NOT COMPLICATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GENUISE !!!!!!!

  So I ordered a pizza a half and half, my daughter wanted a white sauce, but two others wanted a supreme. Well they failed to tell me they dont do half and half sauces. Had I known I would have ordered two medium pies instead of the large. So they offered to deliver a free medium, then I get a text that they are not delivering it door dash was, well a pie that should be here already now has to wait for a driver from door dash. Service in our society doesn't really exist anymore.

  Ordered a couple pizzas for dinner almost 3 hours before I wanted delivery. They confirmed the order, sent tracking messages and evens said it was delivered. It never showed up. It was already 15+ minutes after the requested time and I waited a bit longer before calling. They told me they may have driven close and I needed to wait longer. They said call back if you haven't received it in another 20 minutes. Awful service skills by whoever answered the phone.

  Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take our order. When someone finially came up front they just printed like we weren't there and returned to the back. We left. We had previous not had bad service here.

  Dear "Kristen" at Ten Mile Pizza Hut: Leaving one young guy to run your lunch rush until 5pm is gross behavior. No wonder he was stressed enough to yell at us when we called about our late order. Maybe if you actually staffed enough workers and drivers, you wouldn't need to party with Door Dash and our order wouldn't have been "stolen". What should have been a 20-30 minute delivery ended up taking 2 HOURS.
