    After working overnight shifts, I often stop by this location on my walk home from work because it’s the only one open at that time. I prefer to sit down and enjoy my meal, often unwinding by watching videos on my phone while finishing my drink. However, over the past several months, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with one of the cleaning staff members, who is an older gentleman with grey hair. When I sit down, he often rolls his eyes at me, and on several occasions, he has gotten very close—standing right up in my face while I’m trying to relax. I understand that cleaning is important, and I recognize there may be a language barrier that could contribute to misunderstandings, but this behavior has made me feel uncomfortable. I’ve tried sitting at different tables or changing my timing, but the behavior continues to occur. The other employees are very polite and professional, which makes this behavior stand out even more. After a long overnight shift, I'm really just trying to unwind and have a peaceful moment, but this makes it much harder. I used to enjoy coming here, but if this continues, I may have to stop dining here altogether, as I no longer feel comfortable specifically when this employee is around. Perhaps there could be some adjustments to the cleaning schedule or training to help staff balance cleaning with customer comfort during these early hours; it’s frustrating that even though the lobby is open, it’s hard to find a spot where I can sit comfortably without feeling in the way.

    I have eaten here and got a coffee every time I am here visiting my grandkids. Always good but coffee was not very hot today.

    2/20/2026 Was dashing with my sister. While we were standing waiting for the order you can smell LITERAL SEWAGE. it wasn’t like someone pooped it was awful sewage. Then when the order came up the lady threw it up on the dasher stand and said “here ya go” kinda rude. Don’t go here they’re pretty rude and it smells terrible. They don’t care

    Wanted to get a regular vanilla cone but in a cup without the cone.... the drive-thru worker tried to ring up a more expensive sundae without hot fudge, so I said, "no... just the amount of ice cream that comes on a cone, but in a cup.... if you need to leave it on the cone and put it upside down in a cup, that's fine." She then said she understood and when I got to the window, she had the smallest amount of ice cream I'd ever seen in a cup and asked me if I really wanted it. I said there's no way that's the amount of ice cream on a regular cone and asked her to make me a cone instead. She then made me a cone that had about 1/3 of the amount of ice cream that is actually pictured on the mcdonalds menu of a cone just so that it would match the tiny amount she was going to give me in the cup. When I asked why the cone I was going to get was so much smaller than the picture, she said that "corporate is cracking down." Needless to say, I requested a refund instead. Don't go here.... terrible!

    Today was the third time I’ve had issues with this location in particular they are always getting my order’s wrong. The issue today was instead of a spicy McChicken. They gave me a regular McChicken with the same wrapper of a spicy McChicken and put onions on the cheeseburger when I stated no onions. My previous issue was with them was that they forgot my chicken nugget order. I am always having issues with this location in particular. Double check your orders.
