Manager demanded I order iced coffee when I asked him to brew fresh hot coffee. Openly complained out loud in front of customers when a Sports tour bus pulled up he visually seemed upset about possibility of getting suddenly very busy.

Got half my order didn't know I was just giving money away

My original order was missing two plain cheeseburgers with extra onions. When I returned to have this corrected, the employee at the window appeared distracted and asked me twice what I had ordered. At the pickup window, I was instructed to pull forward and wait. I declined, explaining that I had already been there once for the same order and that my food was getting cold.
The manager then came to the window and repeated the request. When I explained the situation again, he responded, “You can pull forward, or I can give you a refund.” I chose the $4.01 refund and left without the food.
I understand mistakes happen, but the dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were unacceptable. I hope management will address this issue with proper training and a renewed focus on customer service.
