  I called in asking why I wasn’t able to add more than 1 GC to my order via the app (I had 5 to use). Team associate Lukan (Luca?) answered the phone and was so patient, kind and informative. After none of the managers were able to give him a definitive answer, he suggested I come thru the drive thru to pick up my order so they could try to run multiple GC’s at the window. The manager lowkey took credit for his positive actions, but I would have never drove down there to pickup my order if it weren’t for Luca. Such a polite and honest associate - kudos to him for winning my business over any other JJ location. I will return so long as Luca is handling customer service!

  Was excited jimmy johns was coming close to where we live. Been to this location three times now. First time waited for almost 20 minutes in the drive thru, we were the only car and we only order a #12 and a jj gargantuan so nothing crazy and the lady helping us was covered in cat hair, gross for making food. Second time the guy was nice and service was fast so no complaints. Third time, slow again about 10 minutes for two sandwiches, i guess freaky fast is no longer a thing? The lady was not friendly, seemed like she hated her job and people, and they burned my wife's beach club. I guess if we want jimmys we will drive to a different location. Bummer

  Great experience at this store. The staff was energetic and fun. The store was clean and vibrant. We will definitely be back!!
