Unbelievable, I ordered a giant East Coast spicy Italian and I simply ask for half of it with no onions and I was told I’m sorry we normally can’t do that so no, you have to order two sandwiches and it cost me an extra dollar this place is super BS if it wasn’t a chain, I’m sure someone would respond to this and care but I’m sure they won’t. I don’t understand how they have such poor service and definitely don’t care about their customers.

I ordered a sandwich from Jimmy John’s and apparently paid for artisan bread, lettuce, and four pickles. There was one paper-thin slice of turkey you needed a microscope to find. Dont waste your money.

They cant even deliver 2 miles away.... come on... like seriously? I have a broken leg and cant drive. I called and asked if I paided more for them to drive 2 miles to bring me some food. Ugh all I wanted was a number 11. This world has really become so horrible, nobody can do anything nice anymore.
