  i’d like to start by saying i normally receive wonderful service at this dutch and i rarely write negative reviews unless i feel it’s actually necessary went to get coffee january first around 4pm, i was next in line to have my order taken (by the person outside, not in the building) when i notice the car in front of me has put their truck in reverse (for no reason might i add, had plenty of room around the tires to make the turn) and they start backing up, i wait a second assuming the driver knows what they’re doing but they continue to back up so i honk (no yelling or frustration on my face whatsoever, just fear) when they get within a foot of my car (which i just bought a week ago!) they fonally stop (after i honked!) because i obviously don’t need a fender bender in the dutch bros drive through. Everything about this story is fine so far, it was no big deal to me, i was just wanting to keep my car safe. I’m writing this review because of the look the employee gave me. She condescendingly put her hand up at me half way and gave me the most dismissive, annoyed look, she literally showed her teeth kind of like a snarl, everyone in the car saw it and thought it was bizarre (especially since i was just looking out for my car) it would’ve been no biggie if she just put her hand up and mouthed “its okay” or simply smiled at me, but she felt the need to give me this dirty, condescending look i wouldn’t dream of showing a customer at my food service job. I just drove off because honestly i was embarrassed (for some reason, really don’t think i was in the wrong but that’s neither here nor there) and wasn’t sure what to do and obviously didn’t want to talk to her after she made me feel so stupid. Girl was probably 5’5 with purple hair. It was just such a bizarre experience i felt like i should let the owners/managers know about it. If someone wants to reach out i’d be happy to delete my review!

  Won’t let customers pull under the awning while it’s pouring rain. I order the same medium Dutch Canyon Mocha every time, yet the price randomly changes between $5.69 to $6.79 depending on the location or day. Paying different prices for the same drink is getting pretty gd tiring.

  I’ve been a daily Dutch Bros regular for about 12 years, always ordering the same drink, and it never misses. Earlier this year (Feb 2025), my routine changed and I started going to a different location. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this stand blew me away from day one. The whole crew is genuinely kind, in a good mood, and never over-the-top. I’m there almost every single day... (ridiculous right?!?) usually 7 days a week, and I have never had a bad interaction. They get my order right every time, too. But I have to shout out one person in particular: Taeo (sp?). He is the kind of employee you rarely come across. You can instantly tell he’s a strong leader by the way he supports his team, trains new employees, and carries himself. He’s not just “courtesy kind” to customers. He actually gets to know people, and it feels real. Dutch Bros is lucky to have him. Employees stay at companies because of leaders like that. If I was hiring, I’d offer that young man a job on the spot. Huge shoutout to the whole crew, and an extra five stars to Taeo for going above and beyond every single day.
