The girl who took our order complained about the fact we asked for it blended. Whatever they did to blend it took away all it's flavor and it tasted like muted down watered down coffee. It was not good at all. Didn't give us any straws. We didnt realize until after we had just left the drive through. There was no way we were going back in line since it was so long. The new kids dont know what they're doing. They're not upbeat they dont have the dutch bros attitude and fun. We've asked for the snickers mocha and they keep asking if we want the ginger bread one and we keep having to tell them no. What they gave us was close to the snickers mocha, but not as flavorful. Multiple times have asked for decaf and we haven't gotten it. Usually I'm always satisfied with dutch bros, I've gone since I was a teenager, but this was the worst of the worst expience I've ever had with a dutch bros. Genuinely this place put us in a bad mood and it will never be getting our business again. It was a poor way to start a roadtrip. I have never seen a dutch bros with so many one star reviews being called the worst in the area with slow service that never gets orders right. Corporate needs to know about this.

Employees are friendly with over exuberant feigned interest in anything and everything to do with your car and your day. I realize it's their training, it just lacks anything genuine to the degree of annoyance.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
