We usually spend at least $60 for our family, and something is consistently missing or incorrect. Tonight, our cheeseburgers had no toppings, and our chicken strip baskets had queso dipping sauce instead of gravy. This isn’t a one-time issue, it happens regularly. I don't know if management has changed or what is going on, but it is very disappointing.
