I know it sounds like a stupid but the Boise stores quality has dropped so significantly that I have to go to a different city in order to get a consistent quality of food. This store nailed it on the first try.

No lids, no napkins, just a mess. They didn’t do the blizzard test because it would’ve all come out but I’d waited so long with my toddler I didn’t want to wait for them to make it again. At least the tasted fairly good but it was some of the runniest ice cream I’ve ever had. Save yourself the disappointment and just go somewhere else.
