Shame on Chipotle regional managers for not taking g care of their stores business.

Tried calling 7 times no answer spent $20 on my plate alone and couldn't eat it because it had something im unable to eat on it. I live in star so to drive over once is ok but to have no way to call and have them make it right is un called for. Huge let down. They should of made this right and I would of been fine but the fact I live in star and cant even call in and reach someone. Waste of my money
