  Was greeted by a server who clearly hated her job. Ordered a cocktail and appetizer. The cocktail didn’t come come out until after the appetizer was eaten and meals were delivered. My son needed a refill on water he was almost done with his meal before the water was refilled. We were going to order a mocktail and another cocktail but due to how long it took we chose not to. Also, when our meal was delivered our dirty plates from appetizer was left on our table. Not one dish was cleared. The service and food was not worth the money or time. Do not waste your time.

  I was there to have lunch with my girlfriend and was greeted by a happy face when we walked in. From there, everything was terrible. We were told we could sit at the tables on the side with the bar anywhere we wanted. We picked a seat and waited for about 20 minutes. No one had come to our table to say anything or take our order. I asked a waitress from the other side if we could order something. With an annoyed voice she told me our server was also the bartender and that she would get to us. We decided to ask if we could sit on the other side because at least there were a couple servers over there walking around. We waited another 15 minutes and Kya came and asked if we wanted a drink. We got some Pepsis and about 10 minutes later finally got to put in our order. The appetizer and entrees came out at the same time another 25 minutes later when we were about to give up and just leave. The waitress we got seemed unhappy to be at work with every interaction we had and the food was already cold. The cheese dip for the pretzels had been sitting long enough that I picked the top layer off if it like it was a lid with my fingers. I wouldn't waste my time going here again. It was pathetic

  December 26, @6:45. Meridian, Idaho. I am not the one to take time to make a formal complaint. I love BWW. Today I had an experience to the contrary. Made an order to go. Came to pick it up and when I got home, 20 minutes away, realized nothing was right, except the receipt and the tags on the food. The flavor stickers were wrong and they matched the wings that were in the package. I ordered a 10 piece bone out teriyaki and 2 5 piece bone in. One original buffalo and one honey barbecue. I made a call after trying 2 of my boneless, realizing nothing was right. I brought the food back to show the manager or whoever needed to confirm. He agreed. Nothing was right, and he was surprised at how the flavor stickers and the wings didn’t match the tag that was on it. He promptly let me know that we will get it remade for me nice and hot, bringing my order to the back. Kinda disappointing that he didn’t offer anything like a freebie for my added 40 minute drive for my time and their mistake. He came out and showed them to me and the 2 5’s looked good after he opened them up and stuck his nose into the container to smell them. Then after getting home I realized that my 10 teriyaki wings were THE SAME WINGS THAT I JUST GAVE HIM 20 MINUTES AGO. They were cold and tasted like a spicy honey barbecue, with 3 wings added that were teriyaki and warm. I am 100% certain that they are the same wings, and the other 2 5’s that were remade were still hot, adding to my certainty. Still offered no freebie. Very disappointed

  I usually try to give people grace but my experience tonight was absolutely horrible. The atmosphere is what it is with it being BWW during Monday night football. However the hostess seemed absolutely clueless and then tried to seat a party that came in after us before us. Then our server left us lacking. My husband specifically asked about subbing tots for the French fries on the kids meal and she said yeah that’s totally fine, however when we got the bill there was an up charge for it. Then they messed up my order, which I will give her credit she fixed it. However my husband and I both ordered a soda and we never got a refill or offered a refill. Our server came by once when our food was first dropped off and then she didn’t come by again until we were fed up and ready to leave. My husband worked in restaurants for 10 years so we normally are very understanding but there was no reason for the poor service as it wasn’t even that busy.

  I was here Thursday night and my server was Paiyten! She did absolutely amazing, there was an issue with another table near that was just absolutely awful to her! Even though she had to deal with that chaos she still gave us amazing service and was the absolute sweetest. Good on the manager there that night for taking care of that group of people. This place rocks, we will be back for Paiyten!!!
