  Took my family to eat there tonight. The host had no idea what he was doing. The waitress was very rude and had an attitude with us. The food took Over 30 minutes to come out. My wings were strangely overcooked and cold. My wife sandwich was barely warm. My daughter’s mac & cheese was fairly decent.. I probably won’t ever come back here again and I wish I spent my money elsewhere.

  Today the Treasure Valley Gutter Cleaning team came out and ate at Meridian Buffalo Wild Wings and the service was outstanding. The food came out super quick and was amazing ! Coming back here again for another team lunch! Thank you

  me and my girlfriend ordered two burgers and some appetizers took almost 25 minutes for food to get out including appetizers and main dish when there was only one other couple in the whole restaurant once food got out I took one bite of my burger and realized something was off upon farther inspection. The burger was not all the way cooked through. Looks like it had just been thrown on the grill, frozen and rushed. i’m not one to complain about a medium pink burger that is usually what I order but this one was beyond medium pink almost completely raw

  We ordered wings for superbowl on Saturday around 11am for a Sunday 4pm pickup. My husband arrived at 3:50 and said it was crazy busy. He had to wait until 4:45 to get our food and never once did a manager or anyone come out to help or offer anything for the inconvenience. I understand that is a busy day, but after reading other reviews this seems pretty common AND if you don't have the staff put a cap on online orders or don't take call ins.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered two days ahead of time for pick up on Super Bowl. The food wasn’t ready until 40 mins after it was scheduled to be ready. The customer service was horrible. The 2 girls I spoke with were extremely rude. They kept telling me they couldn’t give me a time frame for when the food was going to be ready. They kept saying other people were waiting too. They should’ve shut off taking orders if they couldn’t manage the orders that had already been placed days in advance. I finally got the wings and the boxes were wet, had sauce all over the outside, barely any sauce on the wings and one looked like it had been eaten. I sent a message on the website and haven’t heard back. Horrible experience and won’t be going back.
