After seeing how rudely she greeted we asked if they were closed she said yeah. We then asked if we could go through the drive thru and other employee Ben said yes. When we went through the drive thru Ben was apologetic and helpful.

I’m completely miffed at the lack of concern for the community. We are a family of seven and everyone loves BR ice cream cakes for their birthday’s. Now it’s time for us to find somewhere else to take our business.

I came here to buy an ice cream cake for my child and arrived at 10:00 AM, exactly when both Google and the sign on the door say this place opens. Guess what? The door was locked. There were employees inside, clearly visible, but no one bothered to open the door or even acknowledge customers waiting outside. I went back to my car, waited another 15 minutes, and still nothing. The “Open” sign stayed off the entire time. If you can’t follow your own posted business hours, you shouldn’t be running a business at all. This is pure mismanagement and total disrespect for customers’ time. With so many bad reviews already, it’s obvious nothing is being fixed. Not surprised this place is losing customers. I definitely won’t be back.

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
