    I stopped in for lunch Tuesday, January 26 at approximately 1:00 PM. Everyone I encountered during my visit was extremely pleasant and professional. The environment of the establishment, including The men’s bathroom was extremely clean. It is so refreshing to encounter an establishment that takes pride in their company and services they are providing. Thank you so much Arby’s on Eagle Road! Keep up the great work.

    Dyane is a super manager! The store is clean, including chair legs (who does that?!), and light fixtures. She welcomes customers with a huge smile and hello! She also trains her staff well. So that if she's away this Arby's continues up to her standards.
