The parking lot is crazy packed, that's because its a busy awesome store! I had to take my dad here for lunch in the pub before shopping. He thought that was great! We take everyone here, haha! My only other issue is the cashiers. We haven't had a friendly one yet! They are not rude, but just zombie like. No conversion. They just go through the motions, hand us our recipe and not even a goodbye or have a nice day! Took a star for that! But if you need a grocery store that has the biggest deli, bakery, meat dept. And so on come here. Not to mention the pub with live music or games. And the food court!!!! It's amazing! Fresh, hot and ready to make burgers, pizza, sushi and more! Each are their own little (big) food stations! And you can eat your food, (whatever you choose) in the pub, or order off their menu! Oh and of course starbucks! But let's go back to the bakery, shall we? The most amazing bakery! Beautiful! Homemade tortillas and bead! Oh, and let's not forget the popcorn station! Hot popcorn and already bagged popcorn! And the ceviche station! And there's still more! Go see for yourself!

So I asked if they were open in the service deli, he said no. Then my husband walked up and said it was 8:57, so I made the guy get my Longhorn for me,( l.5 lb chunk apx ) because I do not want to come back here another day since I live off Vista. If the service deli closed at 8 I'm sorry for being demando customer but I'm fairly sure it was 9. Thanks for accommodating me ....tell Broadway to get it so next time I make cheese Enchiladas I can get it in my neck of the woods. I Remember when every Albertsons had Lucerne Longhorn cheddar cheese 5 to 10 years ago. It really is the best cheese. I'm looking forward to using the Boarshead Longhorn in my recipe. THANKS

My daughter and I ordered a cake for her birthday a couple weeks ago. She wanted a bright pink and turquoise trim and "Happy birthday" in the bright pink. The day we ordered the cake she was wearing a shirt and even pointed to the shade of pink she wanted (I included a picture of the shirt, she wanted the pink like on the word "axolotl.") The lady taking the order wrote down magenta, which to me, is a bright pink. Today we went to pick up the cake and it had burgundy and a dark green trim and writing. The lady wanted to argue with me about what magenta looked like, but said she'd try to fix it but just adding more pink to the trim. No apologies, no offer to remake it or give me a discount. I was going to buy it, but changed my mind because it wasn't the correct colors that would match the decorations I bought. When I told the checker I didn't want the cake anymore because they messed up, once again no apologies or offers to make it right. Also because it's Christmas Eve and no stores are open tomorrow, I couldn't order another cake from them or anywhere else in time for my daughter's birthday.I included the picture of what their decorators considered magenta and turquoise and their half-assed attempt to fix it. Luckily i found a blank cake at Costco that will work, but isn't exactly what we wanted.

She made sure our food was fresh and we felt loved. She was the only one working that section and handling it all with grace and efficiency! It was super busy!! (Friday night) 12/19/25. We didn’t feel like an inconvenience or a number which is rare these days. We look forward to going back because of HER! Our two young daughters even commented on remembering her name because of how welcome she made us feel. Keep it up Girl!! You made a huge difference in our holiday season !
