  I came very vlose to closing and i dont usually write reviews but i want to shout out one specific employee her name was Kourtney. On her nametage it said kourt but omg she had the best attitude ive had in a drive thru in a long while

  Staff is friendly and attentive. Food here always comes out perfect and delicious! Always clean and family friendly. They've never forgotten anything in my bag(s) whenever I order here 😊

  I went through the drive thru and placed my order. (3 meals and a hot dog). She asked me to repeat the order back multiple times. Then started asking me to repeat it out of order ("OK, what was the first thing again? Then a few seconds later, wait what was the first thing again, etc") She did this multiple times. Then when she told me to drive up she never repeated back the order so I wasn't sure if she had everything right. No one was in front of me so I drove directly up to the window. She immediately told me the total. I asked if she could please repeat back the order so I could verify everything was correct before paying. She rolled her eyes then repeated everything back. I tried to make it seem like I couldn't hear her well which was not the case. I paid and then waited. She stayed at the window and started working on the three drinks. She gave me two drinks and then started working on the last one...a root beer. She used the side of a lid to push down the bubbles multiple times and also had her fingers in the drink. When she handed me the root beer, she used the same lid that was now dripping soda everywhere. Immediately handed me the food bag as soda was dripping all over my car/clothing since it was all over the outside of the lid and running down the sides. (Her hands also had root beer on them since the bag was wet.) I asked her for a napkins and she just shrugged. Unsure what I am more disgusted about seeing someone pop bubbles in my drink with her fingers or repeatedly touching cash register/payment kiosk, etc then touching the lid again with fingers in my drink. Food safety definitely needs to be reviewed. We ended up throwing out the root beer and some of the chicken strips because they were cold in the middle. Tried calling the store around 9PM and then again this morning and no one answered the phone.

  Ate their chicken yesterday and got Salmonella. Brought this up to the manager and stated the chicken is fine. But that was the only thing I ate yesterday.
