  Great and fast service. But this place gives me a stomachache for 24 hours after eating it. Seriously, they put total crap/cheap chemicals in your food. If you take a break from eating out for a month and then come back here, you’ll see what I mean.

  This location in Meridian, ID used to be one of my favorite locations I've been to. In the last couple of months the experience here has continually gotten worse. The staff are rude, short and argumentative. I don't know if management or ownership has changed but it has become an awful place to go. They no longer tell you what vehicle to follow in the drive thru, you just kind of follow cars through, even when I asked the drive thru guy if there's a car we should follow he says "just wing it". Nobody can tell you what's going on or be helpful, they no longer provide receipts, it's a chore to get them to read your order back to you, it's just gone miserably downhill. My experience today was the worst I've had here, we ordered a certain amount of sauces and when we got our food we didn't receive the correct amount. It's Chick Fil A, known for their free sauces and customer service. When we asked for a couple more the representative looked at us like we were dumb, my wife explained we didn't get the amount we asked for and would like a couple more. "Are sure you didn't get what you ordered" "I'm pretty sure we put the right amount in" over and over again from "KELLER", he even tried looking in our bag to try and prove us wrong. He finally walks back and hands us a handful of sauces that weren't even the ones we asked for, so I asked for 2 ranch since that's what we asked for, he comes back with the ranch and I asked what his name was because he was behaving so rudely, he says his name is KELLER then smirks and says "You guys need anymore sauce?". I called the store, pressed "4" to be connected to the manager on duty and the person that answered was very obviously not the manager, she was uninterested in my complaint and asked what was printed on our receipt for our sauces, because they may have originally been the right amount. Does it matter? The complaint was about the behavior and way we were treated, I didn't know we were in a competition for accuracy. "I'll pass this along to the supervisor on duty" no you won't. I am absolutely baffled by this experience, people come to Chick Fil A for the service, you can get a chicken sandwich anywhere. When you've had better customer service experiences at Taco Bell you have a problem.

  This Chick-fil-A used to be dialed in now about half the time I go through the drive-through something is missing. Frustrating because you generally don’t realize it till it’s too late.

  I skipped class to go to Chick-fil-A proving how much I love this place. I thought it would be an average order like any other. But Jan was very friendly and assisted me in my need for food. The chicken was very hot and fresh and the buns was not buns but buttery. This was my best experience at Chick-fil-A

  This location needs work . There was a gentleman working the register that was fantastic . The girls working the front register were completely rude . We spilled the drink, cleaned it up and went back to have them refill it . They made my son pay for it . I went up to let her know what was going on and she said sorry it’s already done I can’t fix it and laughed . Her and the other girl were so unprofessional . When they were bringing out orders they were rolling their eyes as they handed them out and mumbled under their breath , guess you don’t want your food then . Too immature to work in this environment . I will not be returning to this location . It’s really sad 😔 that these girls are ruining this location
