We love fries, and thought french fries deserved their shot as the feature dish. BFC sources the finest and freshest potatoes available from Kings Crown Organic Farms in Idaho. All of our potatoes are fried in natural oil, and are served unsalted so you get to choose from any of our homemade seasonings and dipping sauces. In an effort to make our entire process green, fresh, and sustainable, we use all-natural, local, and organic products. We have a kids menu and vegan options too!
