- DDdandean4 days ago1.0Generally a good store. However a few of the checkout clerks could use some guidance on customer rapport. Too busy conversing with other employees. Not even a single word directed to me the customer. No ‘hello, how are you, or even thank you at the end of the transaction.

- DDDustinMar 2, 20261.0This one falls on management. I have had two experiences where the on duty supervisor has walked away from me while discussing something. Two different supervisors. I also had a bad experience with a cashier who had not been brought up to speed with her touch screen AND instead of learning what she did not know how to do, suggested I find any other cashier to help me and said something about my smelly attitude as I walked to another register. This falls on management because gone are the days where if everything is smoothed over, it doesn’t stink! If you cannot hold your employees responsible and they can get away with crappy behavior, why would they change? A leader is able to get their instruction across, and not have to worry weather one of the aged cashiers took it alright. I have had enough problems with this store in particular EVEN THOUGH the store director had assured me we were all on the same page. Eventually, the store director has to wear the tail. No one else is taking accountability because the people you have working for you, have zero integrity.
