- DDDustinMar 13, 20261.0After a handful of bad experiences I was given a number and a suggestion to officially register a complaint citing a specific experience. I had dialed this number in the past and after reaching someone, it was clear that I had reached outer space, or an island in the Pacific where English is NOT a first language and things can more easily be misconstrued. There was probably a disclaimer somewhere and I had somehow missed it. This seems to be a theme/commonality for larger corporations. The language barrier allows for a larger percentage of complaints never reaching whomever they are meant to and no one is the wiser. Fewer complaints, fewer changes, ‘peachy-keen. It is also probably cheaper allowing for the savings to trickle down to the customer($). I am willing to accept part of the blame. Up to now, I kept returning to this store hoping things would be different. That it is one of only three good sized grocery stores in the area has played to their advantage. I will be giving the other two my business from now on.
