    I am submitting a serious complaint about a manager named Meeka at the Wendy’s in Lewiston, Idaho. This behavior has been observed repeatedly, especially on Wednesday evenings. The way this manager treats both customers and employees is extremely unprofessional. She frequently speaks down to employees in a harsh and demeaning tone in front of customers, which creates a very uncomfortable and negative environment inside the restaurant. In addition, she often appears irritated when customers need assistance, acting as though helping them is an inconvenience rather than part of her job as a manager. A leader in a customer service environment should set the tone for professionalism and respect, but the attitude displayed here does the opposite. Another concern is that she regularly spends long periods of time outside the restaurant with someone who appears to be her boyfriend or husband while employees inside are left to handle the workload. This does not reflect the kind of leadership or accountability customers expect when a manager is on duty. This location represents the Wendy’s brand, and the behavior being displayed reflects very poorly on the restaurant. I strongly encourage the owner or corporate office to look into the management practices at this store so that employees are treated respectfully and customers receive the service they expect.

    Fast drive thru and food was fresh. This location has great chili as well
