Ridiculous!! $13 for a sandwich and they dont tell you they're out of the star ingredient until its made paid for and you're picking it up. Then on top of that the bread is 2 yes that's TWO inches wide and hard as a rock. Do not suggest this place at all!

I have never eaten at a Jimmy John's that was this slow. There were 7 or 8 people behind the counter and we were the only people in the store. It took a very long time for us to receive our order. The person that brought the order out to our table even apologized for being so slow. This was terribly slow service, not freaky fast as advertised. I will not waste my time going to this place again.

I went in to jimmy John’s yesterday around 3:40ish. I don’t think I will ever be going there again due to the horrible customer service I got from I believe the manager she was wearing white shorts that you could almost see her butt in them and blonde dish reddish hair she definitely should be wearing pants in a environment with food. She was just so rude and I asked for my receipt and she would not give it to me my sandwich was messed up also. Need to get a better employee that actually cares about the job
