Too many items to be attributed to a simple mistake. I was only traveling through on my way to housesit an hour away so I can't even run back to exchange. Very frustrating. UPDATE: It's been over 48 hours since I requested the refunds through the app. I got a response saying they'd review and follow up, but they have not followed up or issued a refund. I did get an automated email today though telling me that they did a great job 🙃 I'm not kidding. Using the app to place a store pickup order does not generate an email with a survey (like any other platform/order) but does generate an email in which they tell you how they think they did across order accuracy, timeliness, etc. There's no way to say "no actually you didn't do a great job". This is so silly I'm not even frustrated anymore.
