- SSSofia SanchezMar 24, 20261.0My sister went in to get sandwiches only to be met by hostility and rudeness from one of the gentlemen working there, she ordered spicy Italian, which is what it was called before they changed the names, immediately questions her and interrupting her asking what that is repeatedly, when she was ordering veggies, his last statement was “so you basically want everything except for these 3” in a sarcastic tone. I work in food service so I understand, but it doesn’t take much to be a nice decent person. Not make it after we wait in line for a bunch of other ppl. We placed it 45 minutes ago. I guarantee these ppl haven't been in line 45 minutes. How is that fair to the online order people, especially if they are coming on a lunch break. And we ordered it 20 minutes prior to showing up. Hire more people or figure out a better system!
