  Ordered the Santa Fe chicken stuffer. Nothing stuffed about it. Rip off at $11. May as well go across the street to Ridley’s, get a full baguette and salad kit and make your own for a fraction of the price. My mistake for giving it a shot.

  I ordered for 2 people. They missed an item from my order. It wasn’t a lot of food. Annoyed because I ordered online, pick up through drive through. I didn’t want to get out of car. I gave them plenty of time, arrived 15 min after my food was supposed to be ready. My first time getting food here. Bad first impression. Won’t be going back. Bread was dry on sandwich.

  Just waited in the drive thru line for 15 plus minutes and then they asked me move to a number spot. After 20 mins I walk in to see what the wait was all about. They gave my food to the person in line behind me so he was in there waiting for his food as well. when I asked for a refund the manager didn’t want to help me and I waited another 5 mins so her to come over. Worst customer service I have ever experience at a Panera bread!

  4/4/26 Same morning manager lady still rude to delivery drivers.--- Talking down to delivery drivers for simply asking a question is not acceptable. Morning manager lady, first name starts with an A, spoke to me as if she couldn't be bothered. Upper-level management and owners please fix this I treat them with respect and I expect the same. Not to mention that I'm also a customer. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  Ok so they are new and I would totally give a five star review if it wasn't for two of our sandwiches were wrong. Ordered a chicken blt sandwich but got no chicken, ordered another sandwich with extra cucumbers and paid extra and got no cucumbers. My sandwich was amazing. Got free cookies from the manager which was super nice because they were falling behind. So many ways to order three kiosks when you walk in. Three girls were full of smiles waiting to take order and I think you can do things on the app don't know yet. NO gluten free sandwich options cant dock them for that if you dont want bread go somewhere else. I want to go back in a few weeks and try other great options they had on the menu and my daughter loves the place. Give them time to get a system down and they will be great I can tell by their attitudes.
