  Absolutely the worst McDonald’s ever. Every single time I go here I tell them I have an onion allergy, every time I have to go back one-four times before they get it correct. Tonight was the worst one. I wend back. Explained very politely that I cannot eat the first one, they re made it, I check it before I leave. Get home to find out that they hid onions in with the cheese in between the patties. Blatant disregard for food allergies. I’m tired of being nice. Fire your line cook before he gets you sued by someone.

  The color scheme of the restaurant feels like they don't want to be inviting people in!!! Wood, clay, cement, dull, lifeless, wasteland, depression, hopeless are just a few of the thoughts that come to mind when I go in every McDonald's these days! The only thing that made my experience noteworthy was the greetings the live person gave me at the front counter! Great man! The food was ok but I asked for add bacon and I got one strip folded in half and was charged $2 for it and asked for tomatos on my sandwich, I received one tomato that was 2/3rds smaller than the sandwich itself! I asked for lettuce! Less than 10 shreds on it! I'm 50 years young now and it is getting harder to be proud to say I got to eat at McDonald's today as a child I was a king when I told my friends that! As a worker of my first job I got to be apart of making McDonald's great!

  If I could put zero stars I would. I got accused of stealing because I asked if I could fill my cup up that I brought and they said I couldn't which didn't matter so I walked away not thinking about it. I went to fill up the cup I GOT FROM MCDONALD'S and they walked over and said " so are you going to pay for another drink" I said no because I only got one drink THARE CUP and they accused me of stealing and I walked over grabbed the cup that I had ASKED to fill up showed them it was EMPTY and they said well I saw you fill it up so I grabbed my stuff and walked out. So disappointing for someone who has been going there since it opened.

  1 star for customer satisfaction. Went through the drive for 2 cheese burgers, was asked to park in stall #1 which was already taken. other cars were lined up waiting to park in spots they were given, I ended up just parking in a random spot and walked inside for my food. As I walked in I see a bunch of orders sitting on the contour, keep in mind loosing temp which food shall always be given above temp. I also noticed on the order screen they had 2 orders to make which obviously means they aren’t too busy. I walk in and let them know I’m just gonna wait inside for my 2 cheese burgers and turns out it was sitting on the counter with all the other orders… I parked, walked in, and my food was just sitting there couldn’t I have just got it at the window ???? Dissatisfied. They seem to care more about the speed numbers at this place while 10 cars from drive through wait in the parking lot for their food. Cars should only be parked if they are waiting on specific items that are cooking like fried foods…

  8.68 for an artery clog? Who gives five stars.... Anyway, bit into this Big Arch burger and a little pool of grease is released, the first taste. Tastes just like any other McDonald's burger but with the "sauce" being thousand island with mustard overtones. One bite had a weird signature McDonald's chemical taste. I Had to try this burger to calm all the hype, it's just ok, and going back to my no McDonald's rule. It's just not worth the crap they put in these things. Improve.
