- DSDina Sakanovic4 days ago3.0My husband and I walked in to order. Was not greeted and decided to order at the kiosk. We waited for our food 10-15 minutes. They finished the drive thru before we got our food. The employees were dragging their feet and fooling around. They also had friends come and take away from that customer service. Friends were coming in yelling employees names and pulled them away from doing work. Even an employee was outside with her headset talking to a friend in the parking lot. Trash cans were also overfilled in the restaurant. Food was good.

- PSPete SinclairFeb 19, 20261.0It just opened a couple months ago first visit was horrible understandable it just took 25min for three burgers. Second visit not as bad. Third visit today chicken sandwich that I had to look for the chicken I think the tomato slice was bigger. Maybe it just takes time we shall see in a few months. Next time I'll take photos.
- MRMariah RatliffFeb 19, 20261.0Ordered a pickup order for 11:30 on Wednesday night. The drive through attendant was not happy to be there. Sat in the drive through waiting for over 30 minutes. Got home and the ONLY thing we got was our burgers. We had NO fries, NO pie, and NO mozzarella sticks. Couldn’t go back because they were closed. So disappointed that I wasted my money here to get bad service and less than half of our food.
- ABAzalea BeckumJan 28, 20261.0Went to one of my favorite burger places today. I tried to order a special that they had and was getting up charged for it. It was the double cheeseburger value meal for $4.99. The girl was charging me for each individual item of the meal. I tried to explain what the special was showing on the screen outside and she said " I don't know anything about out that". So I said I don't want it. Hey Burger King, honor your screen specials. Also service is really slow( took 20 min). They did give my son a 5 dollar discount.
