  As a DoorDash driver, time is literally money for me—I rely on quick pickups to make deliveries efficient. I accepted an order, drove straight to this Burger King location in Kuna, Idaho, and arrived promptly, only to face a completely unacceptable experience. When I walked in, there were already 4 customers waiting for their food. The dining room had about 10 high school-aged kids who appeared to be guests, but they were constantly interacting with the staff like friends. Behind the counter, it was more of the same: a crew of mostly teenagers, with only half actually working while the others goofed off, chatted, and got in the way. There didn’t appear to be any sort of management or supervisor present at all—no one directing the team or ensuring things ran smoothly. It strongly appeared that staff were handing out free food to their friends in the dining room, which felt unprofessional and unfair. I ended up waiting 27 minutes for a simple pickup order. In fast food, especially for delivery drivers and waiting customers, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. This location’s Google rating is around 3.0, with tons of similar complaints about extremely long wait times—some even worse than mine. Avoid this Burger King if you’re in a hurry or expecting basic efficiency. Management (or the lack of it) clearly needs serious attention.

  Went through drive thru. There was about 3 cars ahead of me. I ordered a plain whopper with cheese large meal, an 8pc chicken fry, 2 plain cheeseburgers, and a large coke. I was charged for an 8pc chicken fry meal which I did not order, I ordered the fries by themselves. After pulling away from the drive thru, we checked our bag and was missing our chicken fries. Went inside and got it fixed no problem. Get home, all of our burgers had sauces and there was NO cheese on the whopper even after being charged for it. I tried calling the store twice with no answer.

  Apparently this store did minimal training of their employees before or after opening. No one but the lead lady looked like they had a clue what they were doing. It literally looked like they just pulled some teens in off the street and said get to work. Waited 35 minutes for my order along with a bunch of other people. They better do better.

  we went inside to place our order, and we waited 45 minutes for our food. we got home and the fries were super cold and soggy. there must have about 10+ people standing around waiting for upwards of 30 minutes each as well. we saw each customer having to wait just as long. and we feel bad for the other people still waiting after we left i get that its a new place, but thats honestly insane for a fast food place. and also from reading reviews, it seems like this place just isnt well equipped. they either need more training or more employees. sucks cuz we LOVE burger king and were really excited to have one in Kuna. hopefully it gets better as time goes on

  Still sitting in the drive through. Been here 15 mins (at the menu) and haven't got the order taken. Sitting at 1 of the 2 drive through areas, might be one person taking the orders (which is ridiculous, why have two areas to take orders and only one order taker). A woman just spoke and told us they are working on taking the order of the truck beside us, to hold on longer. Isn't this a new location? There are prob 10 people behind us now blocking traffic (there was no one behind us when we arrived). This unacceptable. Hire more employees, this is beyond ridiculous.
